Rebel Squadrons High Command
About
The Rebel Squadrons High Command (RSHC) is the highest authority in the club. A majority decision by the voting members of HC is a final judgment that cannot be appealed, unless overturned at a later date by HC. High Command is primarily responsible for forging and interpreting policy, representing the membership of the club, electing the Fleet Commander, and solving disputes that cannot be handled at any other level of command. The membership of High Command is comprised of the leaders of the club, as shown below.
